The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 Who hath ordained laws. And granted guidance; 3 Who brought forth the pasture, 4 Then made it dry and dark. 5 We shall make you recite so that you will not forget, 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 And We shall ease thy way unto the state of ease. 8 So remind them if reminder is profitable: 9 He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, 10 And the wretched shunneth it. 11 even he who shall roast in the Great Fire, 12 then he shall neither die therein, nor live. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 And remembereth the name of his Lord, so prayeth, 15 But rather you prefer the life of this world! 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 This, indeed, was in the ancient Scrolls, 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
