The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By oath of the late morning, 1 And the night when it covers with darkness. 2 your Lord has not forsaken you (Prophet Muhammad), nor does He hate you. 3 And the Hereafter is better for you than the first [life]. 4 Your Lord will soon grant you sufficient favors to please you. 5 Did He not find you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) an orphan and gave you a refuge? 6 And He found you lost and guided [you], 7 And found you in need, so made you prosperous? 8 So do not oppress the orphan, 9 Nor repulse the petitioner (unheard); 10 But tell of the favors of your Lord! 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
