The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
I swear by the early hours of the day, 1 and by the night when it darkens, 2 (Muhammad), your Lord has not abandoned you (by not sending you His revelation), nor is He displeased with you. 3 And surely what comes after is better for you than that which has gone before. 4 And presently thy Lord shall give unto thee so that thou shalt be well-pleased. 5 Did He not find you an orphan and give you shelter? 6 Did He not find you wandering, and give you guidance? 7 And found you in need, so made you prosperous? 8 Therefore, treat not the orphan with oppression, 9 And repulse not the beggar; 10 But as for the favor of your Lord, report [it]. 11
Almighty Allah's Truth.

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
تشير بداية ونهاية كل سورة الى السور المنزلة قبلها و بعدها. يمكنك الضغط على أي منها للذهاب إليها.
The beginning and end of every Surah mention the Surahs sent down before and after. You can click or tap on either one to go there.
