Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 And removed from you your burden, 2 that weighed so heavily on your back, and 3 and granted you an exalted reputation? 4 Indeed, hardship is followed by ease, 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard, 7 And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
