Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 And removed from thee thy burden 2 Which weighed down your back? 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 surely, with every hardship there is ease. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 And make your Lord your exclusive object. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
