Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Behold, We revealed this (Qur'an) on the Night of Power. 1 And what shall teach thee what is the Night of Power? 2 Better is the Night of Determination than a thousand months. 3 in it the angels and the Spirit (Gabriel) descend by the permission of their Lord upon every command. 4 (The night is) Peace until the rising of the dawn. 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: Destiny (Al-Qadr). Sent down in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)
