The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 and whoso has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8
