The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its mighty shaking, 1 And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 Because your Lord had inspired her. 5 On that Day mankind shall issue in scatterings to see their deeds. 6 and whoso has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
