The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 On that Day will all men come forward, cut off from one another, to be shown their [past] deeds. 6 and whoso has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
