The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 and it throws out its burden, 2 and Man says., 'What ails her?' 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 Because your Lord sent a command to it. 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
