The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the snorting courses, 1 And striking off fire by dashing their hoofs. 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 Penetrating deep into the armies, 5 Verily! Man (disbeliever) is ungrateful to his Lord; 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 And verily, he is violent in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when that which is in the tombs is over-thrown, 9 And the secrets of the hearts exposed, 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
