The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

I swear by the runners breathing pantingly, 1 and produce sparks 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 And indeed he is ardent for the love of good (wealth, becoming greedy). 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them. 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
