The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
By the snorting courses, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And the hearts' contents shall be brought into the open? 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11
