The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 shall have a blissful life; 7 And as for him whose measure of good deeds is light, 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 And what do you know what that is? 10 A flaming fire! 11
