The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

The Calamity! 1 What is the Striking? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 but he whose deeds weigh light in the Balance 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 A fire hotly burning! 11
