The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

The Calamity! 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 On that Day human beings shall be like scattered moths, 4 And the mountains shall become as wool carded, 5 Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 whereas he whose weight is light in the balance 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 A blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
