The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Hast thou not seen how thy Lord did with the Men of the Elephant? 1 Did He not cause their schemes to go astray? 2 And sent against them birds, in flocks, 3 (While) you were pelting them with stones of porphyritic lava, 4 so that He made them like straw eaten (by cattle). 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
