The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Have you not seen how your Lord dealt with the people of the elephants? 1 Put He not their stratagem to straying. 2 And send against them swarms of flying creatures, 3 which pelted them with clay stones? 4 And made them like an empty field of stalks (of which the corn has been eaten up by cattle). 5

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
