Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? 1 Behold, it is this [kind of man] that thrusts the orphan away, 2 and feels no urge to feed the needy. 3 Woe, then, unto those praying ones 4 As are of their prayer careless. 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
