Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Hast thou seen him who cries lies to the Doom? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 Who are neglectful of their prayers, 5 They who would be seen, 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
