People (Al-Naas)

6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I take refuge of the One Who is the Lord of all mankind.” 1 the King of people, 2 The god of men, 3 "from the evil of the whispering, elusive tempter 4 Who suggests evil thoughts to the hearts of men -- 5 From among the jinn and mankind." 6

True are the words of God the Almighty.
