Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

O children of Israel! Just recall to mind My favour wherewith I blessed you fulfil your covenant with Me and I shall fulfil My covenant with you, and fear Me alone. 40 And believe in what I have sent down which verifies what is already with you; and do not be the first to deny it, nor part with it for little gain; and beware of Me. 41 Confound not the Truth with falsehood nor conceal it knowingly. 42 And perform the prayer, and pay the alms, and bow with those that bow. 43 ۞ Command ye mankind to piety and forget yourselves, the while ye read the Book! Understand then ye not! 44 And seek assistance through patience and prayer, and most surely it is a hard thing except for the humble ones, 45 who know with certainty that they shall meet their Sustainer and that unto Him they shall return. 46
