Children of Israel! remember My favour wherewith I favoured you, and fulfil My covenant, and I shall fulfil your covenant, and Me alone shall ye dread. 40 And believe in what I have sent down (this Quran), confirming that which is with you, [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], and be not the first to disbelieve therein, and buy not with My Verses [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] a small price (i.e. getting a small gain by selling My Verses), and fear Me and Me Alone. (Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. I, Page 253). 41 Do not confound truth with falsehood, nor knowingly hide the truth while you know. 42 and be constant in prayer, and spend in charity, and bow down in prayer with all who thus bow down. 43 ۞ Would you order people to do good deeds and forget to do them yourselves even though you read the Book? Why do you not think? 44 And seek help in patience and prayer. For it is heavy, except to the humble, 45 who are certain of their meeting with their Lord and their return to Him. 46
