Surely, God will not forgive the ascribing of partners to Him. He forgives whoever He will for anything other than that. Whoever ascribes partners to God has strayed far indeed. 116 The polytheists do not worship Allah, except some females; and they do not worship anyone except the rebellious Satan. 117 whom Allah has cursed and he (satan) said: 'Indeed, I will take to myself an appointed portion of Your worshipers, 118 And mislead them and tempt them, and order them to slit the ears of animals; and order them to alter God's creation." He who holds Satan as friend in place of God will assuredly be damned to perdition. 119 Satan makes promises to them and fills them with vain hopes, but whatever he promises them is merely delusion. 120 The dwelling of such (people) is Hell, and they will find no way of escape from it. 121 But those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism) and do deeds of righteousness, We shall admit them to the Gardens under which rivers flow (i.e. in Paradise) to dwell therein forever. Allah's Promise is the Truth, and whose words can be truer than those of Allah? (Of course, none). 122 It will not be in accordance with your desires (Muslims), nor those of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), whosoever works evil, will have the recompense thereof, and he will not find any protector or helper besides Allah. 123 And whoever does good deeds whether male or female and he (or she) is a believer-- these shall enter the garden, and they shall not be dealt with a jot unjustly. 124 And who has a better religion than he who submits himself entirely to Allah? And he is the doer of good (to others) and follows the faith of Ibrahim, the upright one, and Allah took Ibrahim as a friend. 125 And to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And ever is Allah, of all things, encompassing. 126
