Say, “Who has forbidden the adornment of Allah which He has brought forth for His bondmen, and the good food?” Say, “That is for the believers in this world, and on the Day of Resurrection it will be for them only”; this is how We explain Our verses in detail for people of knowledge. 32 Say, "My Lord has only forbidden immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed - and sin, and oppression without right, and that you associate with Allah that for which He has not sent down authority, and that you say about Allah that which you do not know." 33 And every nation hath its term, and when its term cometh, they cannot put it off an hour nor yet advance (it). 34 Children of Adam! If there should come to you Messengers from among you, relating to you My signs, then whosoever is godfearing and makes amends -- no fear shall be on them, neither shall they sorrow. 35 But those who deny and scorn Our revelations shall be the inmates of Hell, where they shall remain forever. 36 Who is then more unjust than he who forges a lie against Allah or rejects His communications? (As for) those, their portion of the Book shall reach them, until when Our apostles come to them causing them to die, they shall say: Where is that which you used to call upon besides Allah? They would say: They are gone away from us; and they shall bear witness against themselves that they were unbelievers 37 Allah will say: enter the Fire among the communities who have passed away before you, of genii and mankind. So oft as a community will enter it, it shall curse its sister, until, when all shall have arrived one after another therein, the last of them shall say of the first of them: our Lord! these led us astray; so mete out unto them a double torment of the Fire, He will say: to each, double; but ye know not. 38 Then, the first will say to the last: 'You were no better than us' So taste the punishment for what you have earned. 39
