▼ 8 The Spoils of War
Al-Anfaal 8 of 10

And let not those who disbelieve think that they shall come in first; surely they will not escape. 59 Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom Allah doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of Allah, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly. 60 ۞ And if they incline towards peace, you too lean towards it, and trust Allah; indeed He only is the All Hearing, the All Knowing. 61 And if they wish to deceive you, then indeed Allah is Sufficient for you; it is He Who has given you strength, with His help and with the Muslims. 62 And united their hearts; had you spent all that is in the earth, you could not have united their hearts, but Allah united them; surely He is Mighty, Wise. 63 O Prophet (Muhammad SAW)! Allah is Sufficient for you and for the believers who follow you. 64
