And indeed, We have put the big stars in the heaven and We beautified it for the beholders. 16 and We have made them secure against every satanic force accursed 17 But he who steals a hearing, so there follows him a visible flame. 18 And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance. 19 And We have made for you therein means of living and [for] those for whom you are not providers. 20 For, no single thing exists that does not have its source with Us; and nought do We bestow from on high unless it be in accordance with a measure well-defined. 21 And We send the fecundating winds, then cause the rain to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water (in abundance), though ye are not the guardians of its stores. 22 And verily, it is We Who give life, and Who give death: it is We Who remain inheritors (after all else passes away). 23 And We have already known the preceding [generations] among you, and We have already known the later [ones to come]. 24 And surely your Lord will gather them together; surely He is Wise, Knowing. 25
