We have placed constellations in heaven and have beautified it for beholders, 16 and have protected them against every accursed satan 17 Except the ones who listen on the sly, yet they are chased away by a shooting flame. 18 And the earth We spread out, and placed therein firm mountains, and caused to grow therein all kinds of things in due proportion. 19 And we have given unto you livelihoods therein, and unto those for whom ye provide not. 20 And there is not a thing, but with Us are the stores thereof. And We send it not down except in a known measure. 21 And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers. 22 Lo! and it is We, even We, Who quicken and give death, and We are the Inheritor. 23 We surely know those of you who go forward and those of you who lag behind. 24 And verily thy Lord! He will gather them, and verily He is Wise, Knowing. 25
