It is We Who have set out the zodiacal signs in the heavens, and made them fair-seeming to (all) beholders; 16 and guarded them from every accursed Satan 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and him there followeth a flame gleaming. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 And We have provided therein means of subsistence,- for you and for those for whose sustenance ye are not responsible. 20 And there is not a thing, but with Us are the stores thereof. And We send it not down except in a known measure. 21 And We sent the winds that relieve the clouds’ burden, therefore caused water to descend from the sky, then give it to you to drink; and you are not at all its treasurers. 22 And indeed it is We Who give life and it is We Who cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 We surely know those of you who go forward and those of you who lag behind. 24 And verily thy Lord! He will gather them, and verily He is Wise, Knowing. 25
