Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And verily in the heaven we have set mansions of the stars, and We have beautified it for beholders. 16 We have protected them from every condemned devil, 17 Except one who comes to eavesdrop – therefore a bright flame goes after him. 18 And the earth-- We have spread it forth and made in it firm mountains and caused to grow in it of every suitable thing. 19 and there appointed for you livelihood, and for those you provide not for. 20 Naught is there, but its treasuries are with Us, and We send it not down but in a known measure. 21 We let loose fertilizing winds, and bring water from the sky for you to drink; and you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 for, behold, it is We - We alone - who grant life and deal death, and it is We alone who shall remain after all else will have passed away! 23 And assuredly We know those of you who have gone before and those who will come hereafter. 24 Lo! thy Lord will gather them together. Lo! He is Wise, Aware. 25
