Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 Enter therein in peace, secure. 46 We shall strip away all rancour that is in their breasts; as brothers they shall be upon couches set face to face; 47 No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I am indeed the Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful; 49 At the same time, My chastisement is highly painful. 50 And inform them about the guests of Abraham, 51 when they entered unto him, saying, 'Peace!' He said, 'Behold, we are afraid of you.' 52 They said: "Fear not! We give thee glad tidings of a son endowed with wisdom." 53 Abraham asked, "Are you giving me the glad news of a son in my old age? What reason can you give for such glad news?" 54 They said: We give you good news with truth, therefore be not of the despairing. 55 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?" 56 Abraham said: "What then is the business on which ye (have come), O ye messengers (of Allah)?" 57 They said: "Verily we have been sent to a guilty people 58 excepting the household of Lot. We shall deliver all of them, 59 except his wife who is doomed to be left behind." 60
