Truly, the God-fearing shall dwell amid gardens and fountains -- 45 They will be told: "Enter it in peace and security." 46 And We remove whatever rancour may be in their breasts. As brethren, face to face, (they rest) on couches raised. 47 No fatigue will touch them therein, nor from it will they [ever] be removed. 48 ۞ Tell My servants that I alone am the Forgiving, the Merciful One, 49 And that it is My punishment which is the painful punishment. 50 Tell them about Abraham's guests: 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 They said: be not afraid; verily we bear thou the glad tidings of a boy knowing. 53 He said: Bring ye me good tidings (of a son) when old age hath overtaken me? Of what then can ye bring good tidings? 54 They replied: 'In truth we have given you glad tidings, do not be one of those who despair' 55 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?" 56 Messengers, what is your task?" 57 They replied: 'We are sent to sinful nation. 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
