VERILY, those who are conscious of God [shall find themselves in the hereafter] amidst gardens and springs, 45 'In peace and security, enter them' 46 And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other. 47 Neither any hardship is to reach them in it, nor are they to be expelled from it. 48 ۞ Tell My servants I am the All-forgiving, the All-compassionate, 49 And that indeed the punishment of Mine is a painful punishment. 50 And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim: 51 When they entered upon him and said, "Peace." [Abraham] said, "Indeed, we are fearful of you." 52 Said they: "Fear not! Behold, we bring thee the glad tiding of [the birth of] a son who will be endowed with deep knowledge." 53 He said, 'What, do you give me good tidings, though old age has smitten me? Of what do you 54 They (the angels) said: "We give you glad tidings in truth. So be not of the despairing ones." 55 He said: and who despondeth of the mercy of his Lord except the astray 56 He added: "And what [else] may you have in view, O you [heavenly] messengers?" 57 They said: "Verily we have been sent to a guilty people 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 "Other than his wife who, it is decreed, will remain with those who will stay behind." 60
