3/4 Hizb 30
< random >
And recall when We commanded the angels that, “Prostrate before Adam” so they all prostrated, except Iblis; he was of the jinn, he therefore rebelled against his Lord’s command; “What! You choose him and his offspring as your friends instead of Me, whereas they are your enemies?” And what an evil alternative did the unjust get. 50 ۞ I made them not to witness the creation of the heavens and the earth, nor their own creation; nor choose I misleaders for (My) helpers. 51 And beware a Day whereon He will say: cry unto my associates whom ye fancied. So they will call unto them, and they will answer them not, and We shall place between them a partition. 52 And the culprits will behold the Fire and imagine that they are about to fall therein, and they shall not find therefrom a way of escape. 53

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
