And recall what time Musa said unto his page: I shall not cease until I reach the confluence of the two seas, or I shall go on for ages. 60 And when they reached the point where the two met, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the waters, being free. 61 So when they had gone beyond that place, Moosa said to his assistant, “Bring our breakfast – we have indeed faced great exertion in this journey of ours.” 62 He replied, "Did you see when we were resting by the rock, that I forgot the fish? Satan made me forget it, so I did not mention it. It made its way to the sea in a miraculous way!" 63 [Musa (Moses)] said: "That is what we have been seeking." So they went back retracing their footsteps. 64 Then found they one of Our slaves, unto whom We had given mercy from Us, and had taught him knowledge from Our presence. 65 Moses said unto him: "May I follow thee on the understanding that thou wilt impart to me something of that consciousness of what is right which has been imparted to thee?" 66 [The other] answered: "Behold, thou wilt never be able to have patience with me 67 And how can you have patience for what you do not encompass in knowledge?" 68 He said: Allah willing, thou shalt find me patient and I shall not in aught gainsay thee. 69 "If you must follow me," he said, "do not ask me any thing until I speak of it to you myself." 70
