Commemorate Moses in the Book. He was a chosen one, both an apostle and a prophet. 51 And We cried unto him from the right side of the mount, and We drew him nigh for whispering. 52 Out of Our mercy We gave him his brother Aaron who himself was a Prophet. 53 And recite in the Book the account of Ishmael. He was ever true to his promise, and was a Messenger, a Prophet. 54 He used to enjoin on his people Prayer and Charity, and he was most acceptable in the sight of his Lord. 55 And mention in the Book, Idrees. Indeed, he was a man of truth and a prophet. 56 And We lifted him to a high position. (Living with soul & body in heaven, after his death.) 57 THESE WERE some of the prophets upon whom God bestowed His blessings - [prophets] of the seed of Adam and of those whom We caused to be borne [in the ark] with Noah, and of the seed of Abraham and Israel and [all of them were] among those whom We had guided and elected; [and] whenever the messages of the Most Gracious were conveyed unto them, they would fall down [before Him,] prostrating themselves and weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ Then, there has succeeded them a posterity who have given up As-Salat (the prayers) [i.e. made their Salat (prayers) to be lost, either by not offering them or by not offering them perfectly or by not offering them in their proper fixed times, etc.] and have followed lusts. So they will be thrown in Hell. 59 except for those who repent and believe and do good deeds. These will enter Heaven, and they will not be wronged in the least. 60 Gardens of Eternity, those which (Allah) Most Gracious has promised to His servants in the Unseen: for His promise must (necessarily) come to pass. 61 There they shall hear no idle talk, but only 'Peace.' There they shall have their provision at dawn and evening. 62 This is the Paradise those of Our creatures will inherit who take heed and fear the displeasure of God. 63 "We do not come down," (will the angels say) "but only by your Lord's command." To Him belongs whatever lies before us and behind us, and the space in between. Your Lord does not ever forget: 64 And thy Lord is never forgetful, Lord He of the heavens and earth and all that is between them. So serve Him, and be thou patient in His service; knowest thou any that can be named with His Name? 65
