And man (the disbeliever) says: "When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" 66 But does man not bear in mind that We have created him aforetime out of nothing? 67 By your Lord, We will gather them and the satans, and We shall parade them hobbling on their knees in Gehenna: 68 Then We shall pluck forth from every party whichever of them was the most hardened in disdain of the All-merciful; 69 Again We do certainly know best those who deserve most to be burned therein. 70 There is not one among you who will not reach it. Your Lord has made this incumbent on Himself. 71 Then We will save those who feared Allah and leave the wrongdoers within it, on their knees. 72 And when Our clear communications are recited to them, those who disbelieve say to those who believe: Which of the two parties is best in abiding and best in assembly? 73 And how many a generation (past nations) have We destroyed before them, who were better in wealth, goods and outward appearance? 74 Say: 'Whosoever is in error, let the All-merciful prolong his term for him! Till, when they see that they were threatened, whether the chastisement, or the Hour, then they shall surely know who is worse in place, and who is weaker in hosts.' 75 "And Allah doth advance in guidance those who seek guidance: and the things that endure, Good Deeds, are best in the sight of thy Lord, as rewards, and best in respect of (their) eventual return." 76 Hast thou observed him who disbelieveth in Our signs and saith: surely I shall be vouchsafed riches and children. 77 Has he known the unseen or has he taken a covenant from the Most Beneficent (Allah)? 78 No, indeed! We shall assuredly write down all that he says, and We shall prolong for him the chastisement; 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he will come unto Us, alone (without his wealth and children). 80 And they have chosen Gods besides Allah, so that they may provide them strength! 81 Indeed no! They will renounce their worship and turn against them. 82
