For he neither believed nor prayed, 31 But only disavowed and turned away; 32 then he went back to his kinsfolk, elated with pride. 33 [And yet, O man, thine end comes hourly] nearer unto thee, and nearer 34 Again your ruin has come close, still closer. 35 Thinketh man that he is to be left aimless? 36 What, was he not an ejaculated drop (of sperm)? 37 Then he was a clinging clot, and [Allah] created [his form] and proportioned [him] 38 From the human being, God made males and females in pairs. 39 What, is He then unable to revive the dead? 40
