Do you not realize that We have sent Satan to incite the unbelievers to sin. 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 And We will drive the guilty to hell thirsty 86 On that Day none will have the power to intercede for them except those who received a sanction from the Most Compassionate Lord. 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 This would almost cause the heavens to rent apart, the earth to cleave asunder and the mountains to crumble down in fragments, 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 When it does not behove the Merciful to have a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but he shall come to the Most Compassionate Lord as His servant. 93 He has counted them and exactly numbered all; 94 And each one of them will come before Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Those who believe and do righteous deeds, the Merciful will assign for them love. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound? 98
