Moses said, "Lord, grant me courage. 25 and make my task easy for me, 26 "And remove the impediment from my speech, 27 "So they may understand what I say: 28 "And appoint for me a helper from my family, 29 Let it be my brother Aaron 30 by him confirm my strength, 31 and let him share my task 32 “In order that we may profusely proclaim Your Purity.” 33 and remember you often. 34 Surely Thou seest into us.' 35 Allah said: "You are granted your request, O Musa (Moses)! 36 And assuredly We conferred a benefit on thee another time. 37 Remember when We inspired your mother with a certain inspiration 38 Saying: Put him into a chest, then cast it down into the river, then the river shall throw him on the shore; there shall take him up one who is an enemy to Me and enemy to him, and I cast down upon you love from Me, and that you might be brought up before My eyes; 39 When your sister went and said: Shall I direct you to one who will take charge of him? So We brought you back to your mother, that her eye might be cooled and she should not grieve and you killed a man, then We delivered you from the grief, and We tried you with (a severe) trying. Then you stayed for years among the people of Madyan; then you came hither as ordained, O Musa. 40 “And I created you especially for Myself.” 41 Go with My signs, you and your brother, and do not be lax in remembering Me. 42 go forth, both of you, unto Pharaoh: for, verily, he has transgressed all bounds of equity! 43 "And speak to him mildly, perhaps he may accept admonition or fear Allah." 44 The two said:" Lord! We fear he may commit excesses against us, or transgress all bounds." 45 [Allah] said, "Fear not. Indeed, I am with you both; I hear and I see. 46 Go to him and say, 'We are both messengers from your Lord. Let the Children of Israel go with us, and do not oppress them. We have brought you a Sign from your Lord, and may peace be upon whoever follows the right guidance; 47 It is revealed to us that those who call our message a lie or turn away from it will face the torment." 48 Said Firaun, “So who is the Lord of you both, O Moosa?” 49 He said: Our Lord is He Who gave to everything its creation, then guided it (to its goal). 50 He said: What then is the state of the generations of old? 51 [Moses] answered: "Knowledge thereof rests with my Sustainer [alone, and is laid down] in His decree; my Sustainer does not err, and neither does He forget." 52 The One Who has made the earth a bed for you and kept operative roads for you in it and sent down water from the sky; so with it We produced different pairs of vegetation. 53 Eat (for yourselves) and pasture your cattle: verily, in this are Signs for men endued with understanding. 54
