Whosoever worketh righteous works, and he is a believer, there shall be no denial of his endeavour; and We are for him the Writers. 94 It has been ordained against every town that We ever destroyed that they shall not return (to enjoy a new lease of life) 95 but when Gog and Magog are let loose and swarm down from every hillside and they spread out, [leaping across every barrier of land and sea], 96 The Day of Judgment will then draw near and the unbelievers will stare amazedly and cry, "Woe to us! We had neglected this day. We have done wrong". 97 Surely you and what you worship besides Allah are the firewood of hell; to it you shall come. 98 Had these indeed been gods they would not have gone there. But (as it is), all of you shall ever abide in it." 99 For them therein shall be groaning and therein they shall not hear. 100 But as for those unto whom already the reward most fair has gone forth from Us, 101 They shall not hear the slightest sound of it (Hell), while they abide in that which their ownselves desire. 102 The greatest terror shall not grieve them, and the angels will receive them: 'This is the Day you have been promised' 103 The Day when We will fold the heaven like the folding of a [written] sheet for the records. As We began the first creation, We will repeat it. [That is] a promise binding upon Us. Indeed, We will do it. 104 We have written in the Psalms, after the Remembrance: 'The righteous among My worshipers shall inherit the earth' 105 Herein, surely, is a message for those devoted to worship. 106 And [thus, O Prophet,] We have sent thee as [an evidence of Our] grace towards all the worlds. 107 Say: "It has but been revealed unto me that your God is the One and Only God: will you, then, surrender yourselves unto Him?" 108 But if they turn away, then say, "I have announced to [all of] you equally. And I know not whether near or far is that which you are promised. 109 "Verily, He knows all that is said openly, just as He [alone] knows all that you would conceal. 110 But [as for me,] I do not know whether, perchance, this [delay in God's judgment] is but a trial for you, and a [merciful] respite for a while." 111 Say, "My Lord, judge with truth. Our Lord is the Gracious One whose help we seek against what you utter." 112
