Seest thou not that Allah has made subject to you (men) all that is on the earth, and the ships that sail through the sea by His Command? He withholds the sky (rain) from failing on the earth except by His leave: for Allah is Most Kind and Most Merciful to man. 65 And He is the one who gave you life; then He causes you to die and then will [again] give you life. Indeed, mankind is ungrateful. 66 We enjoined every nation with certain worship acts which they perform. The unbelievers must not dispute with you about the manner of your worship. Invite them to follow the right path of the Lord. 67 If they do wrangle with thee, say, "Allah knows best what it is ye are doing." 68 On the Day of Resurrection, Allah will judge between you concerning that in which you vary. 69 Knowest thou not that Allah knoweth whatsoever is in the heaven and the earth? Verily that is in a Book; verily that is for Allah easy. 70 And they worship besides Allah that for which He has not sent down authority and that of which they have no knowledge. And there will not be for the wrongdoers any helper. 71 And when Our signs are recited to them, clear signs, thou recognisest in the faces of the unbelievers denial; wellnigh they rush upon those who recite to them Our signs. Say: 'Shall I tell you of something worse than that? The Fire -- God has promised it to the unbelievers -- an evil homecoming!' 72
