The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin, Mim. 1 These are revelations of the Scripture that maketh plain. 2 It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers. 3 Had We wanted, We would have sent them a miracle from the sky to make their heads hang down in submission. 4 And never comes there unto them a Reminder as a recent revelation from the Most Beneficent (Allah), but they turn away therefrom. 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them will not accept faith. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
