۞ Also, We revealed to Moses, saying: 'Go with My worshipers by night, for you will be followed' 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 And when the two hosts came in view of each other, Moses' companions said: 'We have been reached' 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
