۞ We revealed to Moses: "Set forth with My servants by night for you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 And verily we are host well-provided. 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 So the Firaun’s people followed them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We inspired Moses, saying: Smite the sea with thy staff. And it parted, and each part was as a mountain vast. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 Verily your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 68
