۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 “And indeed we are an alert army.” 56 Thus did We drive them out of their gardens and springs 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 Thus. And We caused to inherit it the Children of Israel. 59 Then they followed them at the sunrise; 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 [Moses] said, "No! Indeed, with me is my Lord; He will guide me." 62 Then We bade Moses strike the sea with his staff. And it parted, and each part was like a huge mountain. 63 Then We brought near the others [Fir'aun's (Pharaoh) party] to that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
