The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 when their brother Noah said unto them: "Will you not be conscious of God? 106 "I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. 107 so serve you God, and obey you me. 108 I ask of you no recompense for it, for my only reward is with the Lord of the Universe, 109 Hence, remain conscious of God, and pay heed unto me!" 110 ۞ They replied: 'Are we to believe you whom the lowliest follow' 111 He said, "What knowledge do I have of their doings? 112 Their account falls only upon my Lord, were you but aware. 113 I do not drive away the believers. 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said, 'If thou givest not over, Noah, thou shalt assuredly be one of the stoned.' 116 He said, “My Lord, my people have denied me.” 117 so give true deliverance between me and them, and deliver me and the believers that are with me. 118 And so We saved him and those [who were] with him in the fully-laden ark, 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 But surely your Lord is mighty and merciful. 122
