Alshu'araa' 6 of 11
The people of Nuh (Noah) belied the Messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh (Noah) said to them: "Will you not fear Allah and obey Him? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 be, then, conscious of God, and pay heed unto me! 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it (my Message of Islamic Monotheism), my reward is only from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? 112 Their reckoning rests with none but my Sustainer: if you could but understand [this]! 113 And I am not to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a clear warner' 115 They said: If thou cease not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be among those stoned (to death). 116 He said: "My Lord! Verily, my people have belied me. 117 Therefore judge You between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me." 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 afterwards, We drowned the rest. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
