Say: 'God suffices as a witness between me and you.' He knows whatsoever is in the heavens and earth. Those who believe in vanity and disbelieve in God -- those, they are the losers. 52 They demand that you hasten the punishment! But had it not been for the stated term, the punishment would come to them; it will come upon them suddenly when they are unaware. 53 They demand of thee to hasten the chastisement! Lo, Gehenna encompasses the unbelievers. 54 The day when the punishment will envelop them from above them and from below their feet, and He will say, “Taste the flavour of your deeds!” 55 O My bondmen who believe! Indeed My earth is spacious – therefore worship Me alone. 56 Every soul shall taste of death; then unto Us you shall be returned. 57 Those who believe and do good deeds We shall lodge them in the rooms of Paradise underneath which rivers flow, therein living for ever, an excellent wage for those who labor, 58 Those who are patient, and on their Lord do they rely. 59 And how many an animal there is that beareth not its own provision! Allah provideth for it and for you. He is the Hearer, the Knower. 60 And if you ask them, “Who created the heavens and the earth, and subjected the sun and the moon?”, they will surely say, “Allah”; so where are they reverting? 61 Allah maketh the provision wide for whom He will of His bondmen, and straiteneth it for whom (He will). Lo! Allah is Aware of all things. 62 If you were to ask them: "Who sends down water (rain) from the sky, and gives life therewith to the earth after its death?" They will surely reply: "Allah." Say: "All the praises and thanks be to Allah!" Nay! Most of them have no sense. 63
