The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1

All praise is due to God, the Lord of the Universe; 2 the Merciful, the Most Merciful, 3 Owner of the Day of Recompense. 4 It is You we worship and You we ask for help. 5 Guide us the straight way. 6 The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger, nor of those who went astray. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
